In-House Workshops and Consultancy is where we work in partnership with you to develop tailored training that addresses the precise issues you or your staff face. This ensures that the training becomes particularly meaningful and reflects the culture and working habits of your organisation.

At The Learning Playground we believe that training is a whole lot more than just attending a workshop, which is why with in-house services, we will only work with organisations that are fully committed to supporting their staff pre and post any learning event. Here is how it works:

We work with you to identify the specific needs of the group, and then design according to those needs.

A Set Up programme is designed and implemented to ensure the attendees are in the most resourceful state possible before the main event(s). Within this stage, the foundation is laid for learning to continue after the event, and for it to be applied in the workplace.

The training is delivered. This may take the form of a one off workshop, a series of workshops, work based assignments, a combination of these, or anything else that will deliver the results you need.

A Set Down programme is implemented which continues with the work started in the Set Up, providing every opportunity for the learning to be transferred into the workplace.

Evaluation is carried out to make certain that we have delivered what you wanted.
